The Sprays
What is a room & linen spray?
It's a fine-mist fragrance you spray into the air or lightly over fabric to instantly refresh a space. Unlike a candle, there's no flame, no wax, and no wait — you get scent the second you spray. Great for rooms, dorms, apartments, cars, bedding, closets, and couches.
How big are the bottles?
Every ISLA spray is 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz in a frosted glass bottle with a fine mist atomizer.
What do the three scents smell like?
Warm Sand — soft, tropical, and sun-warmed.
Top: Pineapple, Citrus · Middle: Coconut, Coconut Cream · Base: Warm Sugar, Soft Musk
White Orchard — fresh, airy, and polished.
Top: Apple, Pear · Middle: Water Lily, Cyclamen, Rose · Base: White Amber, Musk
Lemon Drift — bright, clean, and energizing.
Top: Lemon, Orange · Middle: Lemongrass · Base: Terpenes
Which scent should I pick?
Pick Warm Sand if you want a soft island escape, White Orchard if you want a clean just-washed feeling, and Lemon Drift if your space needs a fresh citrus reset. If you can't decide, the 3-piece Room Spray Set gets you all three so you can switch based on your mood.
How do I use it?
Shake before use. Spray into the air or lightly onto linens from a safe distance. Two or three spritzes is usually plenty for a bedroom. Patch test fabrics before regular use.
How long does the scent last?
It depends on your space — room size, airflow, ceiling height, and open windows all change how long a mist hangs around. For a longer effect, mist your bedding, curtains, or a throw blanket instead of just the air, since fabric holds fragrance longer than open air does.
Can I use it on my sheets and bedding?
Yes — these are made as room and linen sprays. Mist lightly from a distance and let it dry before you get in. Always patch test a hidden spot on any fabric first, especially silk, satin, or anything dry-clean only.
Can I spray it on my skin or use it as perfume?
No. ISLA sprays are formulated for spaces and fabrics, not for the body. Don't use on skin, and don't spray toward your face or eyes. If contact happens, rinse with water; if irritation continues, seek medical advice.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Keep the bottles away from children and pets, and don't spray directly at or near them. Mist the room, let it settle, and you're good.
What's in it?
Our sprays are made with phthalate-free, paraben-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free fragrance oils. They are alcohol-based, so keep them away from open flame and heat and store them upright at room temperature.
Where are ISLA sprays made?
ISLA sprays are made in small batches and filled and finished in the USA.
Orders & Shipping
How fast do you ship?
All orders are processed within 48 hours or 2 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order goes out.
What does shipping cost?

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of carrier issues or busy periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is picked based on your location and order size.
Where's my tracking number?
You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to start updating — a brand new number often looks stuck at first.
My package arrived damaged or never showed up.
Email support@islascents.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and unused, with the original seal intact and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Why can't I return an opened bottle?
Because these are fragrance products, we can't accept returns on any item that's been opened or used, regardless of the reason. It's a hygiene and safety standard across the fragrance category.
How do I start a return?
Email orders@islascents.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to ship it. Please don't send anything back before requesting a return — unrequested packages can't be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover it and send you a prepaid label. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What if I just don't love the scent?
Fragrance is personal, and we get it. If your product is still unopened and the scent isn't right for you, email orders@islascents.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue store credit toward a future purchase. Store credit never expires.
What can't be returned?
Opened or used products, sale items, and gift cards.
Do you do exchanges?
The fastest way is to return your eligible item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the approval status. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days, plus however long your bank takes to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, email orders@islascents.com.

Can I carry ISLA in my shop, salon, or short-term rental?
Yes — we'd love that. Email hello@islascents.com with your business name, location, and roughly how many units you're thinking about, and we'll send wholesale details.
Can I order in bulk for gifts, events, or closing gifts?
Absolutely. Email hello@islascents.com with your quantity and timeline and we'll take care of you.
