Processing time
All orders are processed within 48 hours or 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@islascents.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
